In previous tutorials we used Raspberry Pi to drive Phidgets InterfaceKit. We have also set up a web server on Raspberry.
In this tutorial we will use the information gathered to create an Home Automation System managed with a Web Application.

In the previous tutorial we saw how you can drive the digital outputs of the Phidgets 1018 remotely, in this tutorial instead we will check the status of the digital inputs, which can be connected to magnetic contacts, push buttons, switches, etc.

In previous articles we saw how to interact with the digital outputs and digital inputs.
Now we will see how to read the values of some sensors directly on your smartphone or tablet.
